Volunteer Sign-up

Date: Sat March 7, 2026

Event time: 10 a.m. to Noon

Place: Old Town Library – 201 Peterson St, Fort Collins, CO 80524

We need volunteers for set up, clean up, seed tables, and handing out soil & pots.

Set Up: you’ll help organize tables in rooms & put out seeds.
Seed Tables: you’ll be at the tables to answer growing questions for attendees and help manage seeds (keeping them organized, putting out more as they get taken – both Home Grown Food seed & exchange seed).
Soil & Pots: you’ll be outside the front of the library giving people a gallon or so of potting soil (putting it in containers that they bring), and managing donated pots (keeping them organized, handing them out, etc.).
Clean Up: you’ll help pack up any remaining seed, clean up rooms, and put tables back as necessary.

– Home Grown Food board members will also be helping with set up and clean up.

– We have six Master Gardeners coming to help. Every set of seed tables will have two people, including one Master Gardener.
